Why can´t the people using the form include e-mail addresses from free accounts like Gmail or Outlook?

Hello. Is there a way to allow my users to include in the e-mail space e-mail addresses from free providers like gmail or outlook? This would reduce a lot the usage of the form, because most of the people use this free e-mail addresses.

Currently, even those email accounts from Gmail or Outlook do can be use on Jotform.

Can you please clarify to us what you meant by users not being able to include or use the mentioned emails from the providers?
