i already set the email alert auto responser that it will send to the email of the person who submit the form. but it seems like send back to my default email address which mean that i receive the email myself.
it do function last time , but suddenly not function now. can you please check for me?

I made a test submission of your jotform http://form.jotform.me/form/50922232171445 and I got the auto email just fine
Please check also if perhaps the email was filtered as spam or redirected to email junk folder.
I did not find any issue with the settings of the email in the form. So, it was able to send the auto response email just fine.
Let us know if the issue persist.
