Why can´t the people using the form include e-mail addresses from free accounts like Gmail or Outlook?

Especifically, I was testing the form and I tried to write an e-mail address finished in @gmail.com and then @hotmail.com, the form gave me a red message saying: "free email accounts are not allowed, and this did not happen before.

Can you please described how you were 'testing the form'?

Were you using the Text Email button in the Notifier?

I checked your lone form http://www.jotformz.com/form/50935352541655 but I noted that it wasn't using either Google or other free email account.

Tell us how you made the test, and we will check if we can reproduced the issue.
