Question about submissions

    How can I keep track of the emails I have sent out, but have not received submissions back from yet?

    Can you please be more specific in your request? Can you explain what you are trying to do? 

    With JotForm it is possible to create Notification or Autoresponder which will be send after submitting your form. In this articles you can find how to set up Notification/Autoresponder:

    In case that you are not receiving submissions maybe your settings inside of Notification and Autoresponder are not  good. However I have checked mail log for your email address and Notifications are successfully sent. 

    In case that you want to see all submissions that are sent to you, you can do that inside of your account. By clicking on your form you will get option 'Submissions' where you can check all of your submissions.
