Quiz Form App: Editing the thank you / results page

I only want the quiz score to show but not the whole quiz. I dont' want the answers because I want them to retake the quiz if they have mistakes.

You can edit or customize the thank you page of the Quiz Form App. In the app itself, just enable the show results to user after submission and use custom results page.

From here, you can remove fields or elements that you don't want to show up in the results page.
