Receiving 2 auto-responder email alert

I've got two forms in my account.
When people fill in the first form...everythings okay...they receive one confirmation mail

But when somebody fills in the second form, they receive two confirmation mails in stead of one.
They receive the mail from the first form AND the right confirmation mail.

How can I improve this?

Are these 2 forms connected to each other? Did you make the 2nd form as the thank you page? Is this the forms you're referring to?

In the 1st form, when someone submitted their form, the email recipient will received a notification and the user who fills the form will received an auto-responder.

In the 2nd form, when the form is submitted, an auto-responder email will be sent to email provided on the email field question.

I see that the 1st and 2nd form are NOT connected to each other. Like when you make the 2nd page as the thank you page of the first form then it is possible to received 2 auto-responder emails. It is because both forms have an auto-responder email.
