When I click on 'My Forms', Jotform tells me I have no forms, but at the bottom of the page I can access and edit the form!

    The form is definitely there - it shows up at the bottom of the page when I login, but when I click 'My Forms' at the top of the page I'm told I have no forms. I need to clone this current form, and so need to be able to see it on My Forms as well. Thank you!

    When you are logged in and then click My Forms, do you still get the message that you have no forms? Could you provide screenshots of what you see? (See this thread for details.)

    It's a strange thing - when I log in and click My Forms I get the 'no forms' message. However, if I then click one of the other tabs at the top of the page, such as FAQ, and then go back to My Forms, they're all listed! Now I've found this it's not a problem as I've been able to clone that original form and carry on as I needed to.

    Good to know that you were able to recreate the original form and proceed with working on it. If  you find that such behaviour is causing inconvenience on your work let us know and we are more than willing to look into the issue.
