I am a premium user, and my form is now unable to be accessed online. This is absolutely not good enough for someone who is paying for the service - it was working, and now it is down. I could accept this from a free service but certainly not a paid service.
When logged into the system, I cannot click 'share form' or 'save' and get the following error message:
File Cannot be saved: /www/cache/2381717533.html
This looks to me to be a server-side error. Please fix it ASAP and get back to me. Having this form not functional is going to lead to a lot more work for myself and my team.

One of our servers had an hard disk failure. Since it wasn't down completely and only giving errors occasionally, we did not catch this one immediately. The problem is now fully resolved.
JotForm should now work completely since other servers have taken over the load. You should not see any further errors.

I reported this same problem earlier today (Monday) and was told the problem was solved. IT IS STILL NOT SOLVED! Question: Is Jotform a reliable service? this is my first exposure to them and a friend speaks highly of them, but I have lost a day's work because they are not working properly. Is this a common thing for jotform?

This is still not fixed.
Additionally, the contact form for premium users is not showing up in chrome or IE.
Not impressed with the service if this is something that occurs on a more-than-once basis.
Please fix ASAP.

Yep, I'm having the same problem as well.
Is there an update on the issue?
