Pass field value to other field

I have 2 fields for capturing names in Jotform: First name & Last name.

In Clinchpad, I'd like to combine them into a single field (lead name field)

I contacted Clinchpad support and this is what they tell me : You can map only one field in Jotform to one field in ClinchPad. However, it might be possible to create a hidden field that combines the value from these two fields into one field and have that mapped to a field in ClinchPad. You'll have to check with Jotform on whether this is possible."

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
