Can I get information from a page was sent form?

I want to receive information about a page on which user was filled your form. Or i want to remove captcha, after form filling, when form embeded in dreamweaver

If you want to receive information about your visitors you could check our get_referrer widget or the Google Analytics widget and add them to your form.
