The integration keeps missing some data when changes are made in Jotform or in Google

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are now having a jotform website for the registration of a conference. However, we find that when jotform system or google system having some update, the google drive data base will do reconnection and miss some entries in google drive data base. Usually, the missing part is the link to our cooperation bank (because we need the participants to pay). We are sure that we did not edit our jotform website and also google drive spreadsheet. Although we can recover those data with the bank raw data, but it is not convenient for participants doing registration. So we are thinking to do data recover ASAP after any system update.

So here I want to know the jotform system will do update regularly or the upsdate will not be a reglar schedule? And could you kindly email me a notice when you have a system update, thank you.

Our apologies if the changes affect the flow in your Google Spreadsheet Integration. Well, the changes are not meant to destroy the existing integrations which are working fine, but to adjust and fix some bugs that have been reported by other users through this support forum.

If there are problems, please make sure to let us know so we can also report it to our developers. We also request to share the spreadsheet as well as the form so we can make our own test. In most cases, we recommend re-integrating the form if the new data won't appear in the sheet after a few minutes, 30 minutes to be exact.
