What is the shelf life uploaded through the form of files on your server?

Please be noted that we do not delete any forms or the submission data. Once a file is uploaded it will always be there in your form unless you delete it yourself or ask us to delete it for you. 

I would also like to keep you posted that every subscription plan has upload limits. As your account is in free plan, I will explain it to you here. In free plan you can receive up to 100 MB of uploads. If this limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled. You will have to delete your submission records to free up the upload storage space or upgrade your account to higher plans for higher upload limits.
