Stripe Integration is receiving Payment but is not Creating Customer

    I have just set up a form and linked to stripe using API keys.

     

    I ran a successful transaction for a monthly subscription which showed up as a payment in stripe. But it did not create a customer in stripe. Can you help?

    If I understand your issue properly I think you mean that your payment was sent into your stripe account but the customer for it was not created. Did I understand that correctly?

     

    Looking further at your issue just now it seems to be working on my end as I am unable to replicate the same issue at the moment. I was able to receive gross, payment, and customer.

    I started inspecting your jotform more and found that so far your setup appears to be okay. 

    I've cleared your jotforms cache so can you please try removing the payment integration and reapplying it to rebuild it which will then refresh it and test it again on your end. Please also make sure you click "yes" when you remove it so that it will you save your products.

    Hi there,

    I really appreciate you getting back to me.

    I actually have it working perfectly now, it seems the first time i used it stripe was very slow to add the customer and the plan so i thought it wasn't working. I have since had two or three transactions that appear in stripe almost instantly.

    Sorry for wasting your time.
