Não estou conseguindo criar um novo formulário e nem editar os já criados.
Como devo proceder?

I checked your account and everything appears to be active and available. I would recommend trying to log out, clearing your browsers cache and cookies, then logging back in to see if you are then able to edit your forms. If you are still unable to, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
