    Drop down boxes for "Yes/No" field does not show input value on email?

    *when using drop down boxes (yes / no question) the answer doesnt save into emailed information.

    It is possible that the field name tag used in the email body of your notification is not updated, assuming you are continuously updating the field names. Also, it is possible that not all field inputs are being captured because you embedded using the form's full source code and a code conflict might be occurring. 

    You can re-add the field name tags in the email body, or you can just delete the existing notification and add a new one. Here's a guide on how to setup your notifications: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
