    Check and Cross marks on the email results for Quiz app are huge in MS Outlook?

    I love the quiz part, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the results emails.  The email sent to the person taking the test does not include the correct answers, only the answers they gave.  The email sent to the admin has GIGANTIC check marks and exes, and for the check box questions (multiple answer selections), it just lists various jargon about "Roller60."  Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Hi,

    Could you us some screenshots of what you are seeing so that we can better assist you.

    I see in the Quiz app page the allowed form field input types that it can read, here's the page: http://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form. May I know what fields you have multiple answer selections? I see you are using radio buttons that can only have one selected answer?

    For the emails, it seems like it's a bug on the app, I can forward these issues in our development team, but do please provide us additional information requested.

    Sorry, I tried to paste a pic earlier and I didn't realize I needed to upload it instead of just paste.  Most of the questions (so far) are done using the radio buttons, and the only issue with those is the huge checks and exes for right and wrong answers on the results emails. 

    There is only one check box question (question #26) and on the results emails there is no check or ex, just the stuff about Roller60 (I'm assuming it's a reference ID or variable name from the source code?).  We're hoping to do more of these tests in the future, so the check box questions will be used more in the future.

    Oh, also, another fellow in the office has not reported having this issue, he is using a Mac, I'm using a PC.  We're both using MS Outlook for email.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it seems like this is more related to the settings of MS Outlook, it might be a minor bug on how the MS Outlook version in PC reads the attached images. Could you try using another email client and see if you'll experience the same problem, you can check this link for a list of sample programs.

    You can also try updating the MS Outlook program and see if that fixes the problem.
