How can I get my money out of here

I used this form for a retreat sign up and I can't seem to get the money into my bank account. Please actually CALL me at 614.209.2600.

We do not provide support over phone.

Upon checking your form, I found that you have integrated your form with your Stripe account. You need to sign in to your Stripe account and check the status of the payment you have received. If you are unable to withdraw to your checking account, I would suggest you to speak to Stripe support and they will be able to help you on this issue. 

Please be noted that we do not collect / retain the amount you receive from your payment form. We just provide integration to stripe payment methods.
