- RobCoxAsked on April 20, 2015 at 01:55 PMThere is only one check box question (question #26) and on the results emails there is no check or ex, just the stuff about Roller60 (I'm assuming it's a reference ID or variable name from the source code?). We're hoping to do more of these tests in the future, so the check box questions will be used more in the future.

It seems like there are some changes in your form that are not applying directly to the Quiz App.
Could you try re-adding the form to the Quiz App, or set the answers again. You can also try clearing your form's cache just to make sure.
You could also try cloning the form you are having problems, then open it on the Quiz app and set it up again. Here's a guide on how to clone your existing forms: http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account.
See if the cloned form is also having problems.
