Trying to Purchase with PO

Contacted you last week with this question and was told the purchase with PO was an option to select.  

Having selected Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer the "purchase with PO" option is not available on the pull down menu.  Please assist our school district as we must do a PO.  Thank You
