Getting Invalid Merchant Error

    I've tested all API integrations and I don't seem to see anything wrong - I'm getting some very frustrated customers.  What can I do to fix this?  Thank you.

    Hi,

    May I know what you are getting? Are you able to replicate the problem or your customers are reporting it to you?

    I've tested your form above by filling it out and clicking the submit button, and I was redirected to the Paypal gateway.

    May I know if the form is embedded on a website? You could try re-embedding it using the iFrame code and do some testing to check if you are still getting an error.

    Also, in your Payment wizard, make sure you are using the right Paypal account type for the Paypal integration you have. Example is the payment wizard below, the "Description" states that for Paypal Pro you should have a Paypal Pro account.

    It would also help us better if you could give us an exact error message or a screenshot of it so that we can better assist, but please do try the suggested solutions above.
