Submission date format is not being displayed in integrated google spreadsheet.Asked by Vladimir on April 21, 2015 at 12:50 AM
When I set syncronization my JotForm with my google spredsheets to ON, I have a problem with field type "date".
For example in table jotform I see "20.04.2015 21:58:34", but after sync in my google table I see strange text "42115.481111111".
What is it? Please, help.
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
We did have some issue with the submission date format in google spreadsheet but as per our developer, the issue was resolved already.
Can you please check your google spreadsheet locale settings and see if you have made any changes there. Locale setting of google spreadsheet can be checked through "File ->> Spreadsheet Settings". If you make any changes in your spreadsheet locale setting, it will cause all the formatting to reset.
I would suggest you to please revert back your google spreadsheet locale setting and then re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet.
Do get back to us if the issue persists and we will report it to our back end team.
We will wait for your response.
