We received an email saying we are about to reach the quota of our secure forms but we do not need secure forms. According to the counter we have only had 19 out of 100 submissions this month and 9 out of 10 SSL forms. We do not understand the differences between these 2 counters and unsure if this means all our forms will be disabled or only a few. How do you choose which forms are secure or not? How can we still be getting out submissions?

Free accounts are limited to 100 regular submissions, 10 ssl submissions and 10 payments, whichever comes first. The ssl submissions are those forms using 'https', to stop SSL forms simply use http and not https in your forms. When getting the embed code make sure to remove the check mark on Secure Form.
Hope this helps.
