Can I create a free account for my company and upgrade it at a later time?

    Hello,

    I have been evaluating your product and I think that I will recommend it to my company

    I have been using a personal account to evaluate your product and the process to get the approvals to make the purchase may take days/weeks.

    Can I create a Fee account with my company info (email address) and then, convert it over to a paid account?

    I am eager to convert our Adobe Forms to JotForms but I need to be able to work in an account that will not lose any of my work before the subscription begins.

    Yes, you can do this the same way you created your personal account.

    When you're ready to perform the upgrade you can login to your company's account and go here: http://www.jotform.com/pricing to do so.

    Actually, I think this question was not fully understood.

    We have a few people that created fee account with you.

    Then, the imported some Adobe forms into the free account.

    Now, we have subscribed/piad to your service.

    Can the forms from the free account be added to the paid account?

    If I invite the person to become a sub-user, and I use the same email address as their

    free account, will they be switched over to the paid account (and all of their forms)?

    Yes, we would need you to login to the free account(s) and submit a transfer request letting us know the form(s) you want to transfer and the destination account so we can proceed accordingly.

    No, the sub-user feature is to allow other people to edit forms and view submissions (created in the owner account). But, their plan will not be changed and their forms would not be switched to the other account.
