How do I setup the form for clients to update their submission at a later date?

I am a mobile dj and would like to allow Brides and Grooms to fill out there wedding planner information online. Now when I get another wedding I would like them to be able to also fill out a planner form. They would need to be able to access the planner multiple times to make changes and updates. So how do I set it up so they each have access to their own planner through one link on my site. I currently have two links on my site for two different forms that are working really well.

Hi Mike,

I would suggest adding an autoresponder email to your form. In the autoresponder email, add the edit link tag. This tag will be converted to a full link to access/edit submissions.
