I have a form embedded in our company website. I wish to migrate it over to Jotform, embed it in the same place as it is now and collect info being input to it from customers.
I would also like to apply analytics to the form. Please advise as to how we can simply migrate the form over as it is now, to ensure seemless conversion from the formcentral to jotform, please. -

To migrate a form from your Adobe Account (or all forms and all data captured by them) you can use our Adobe FormCentral import tool and have the import done for you.
I would like to suggest to take a look at the following blog posts as well to see more data in regards to this:

I would also like to give you a link to one thread: Where have You Been All This Time? -Praise from a Former Adobe FormsCentral User
Now in regards to Analytics, I have moved this to a new thread since we can have only one question per thread. You can find a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/556286 and we will be replying to it shortly.
