You might want to check out this guide about Why is Jotform Secure. We also have a guide about Jotform Sign that you can check out.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I still want to know the same question, is there a function for contract signing, its that and building signable forms that we want it for. So I need to be sure both are features on the platform?
    Kind regards,
    Sarah.

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood what you’re asking, creating Sign Documents is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on the My Forms dropdown menu on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Click on Create Sign Document on the top-left side of the page.
    3. Select Upload File if you want to upload your own document, or select Use Template if you want to continue with a template.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

I am asking if contracts can be signed via jotform. So we want to use it for our employee contracts and have the employees sign these, is this a feature of jotform.
    Kind regards,
    Sarah.

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Contracts can only be signed if it was made via Jotform. If you have a document you need to be signed using Jotform, you can upload it using the Jotform Sign builder, then you can send it to your respondents for signing. You can do this by following the steps provided by my colleague above.

Let us know if you need any more help.
