Several conditions disappeared on my form

    Not sure what happened but my form stopped working

    Hi Alexander,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Try checking the Sept. 21 date in your Revision History, I'm seeing a version there where lots of conditions were removed.

    You can try reverting back to a version before that one and this should restore the missing conditions in the form.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I reverted the form and now it is back to normal

    :I would still want you to note my 2 comments

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this happened to your form. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the number of changes made on a single revision as this could have been a miscalculation to the number of changes. As for the changes, it could have been about the thread you created regarding your form's condition and my colleague mistakenly deleted your conditions instead of their cloned form. You can address this concern in that thread to avoid this from happening again.
