I had two forms on my website. For the past few days I have been having problems receiving the data from them to my e-mail. Now one of them has been deleted and the other one I can't see on "My Forms" What's going on!

Upon checking your account username patpitula, I see there are 2 forms there, "Pre-Order Form" and "ORDER FORM".
I also see in your "Trash" folder that "Order Form" with submissions is there. To can actually restore it as long as you will NOT "Purge" forms in the Trash folder. Here's a guide on how to restore it: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms.
