Upload Photo widget - doesn't load correctly on mobile browser (at times)

i have created a form and included the upload photo widget.  sometimes, it doesn't load properly - and presents a dark screen (see screen shot enc).

it's quite erratic - at times, it loads ok, other times, it shows this black box...

any idea how i can resolve it? tks.

I have checked your jotform by going to it over the link you have provided and I also see the black screen, but this was expected and the reason why it is so for me is because my camera is not connected to this PC. When I did checks on the form with the camera turned on, it was working correctly.

If you wish, you can open the js console of your browser when loading form and see that when the black screen is shown, the following error is presented: "Error occured Could not access webcam."

Alternative access shortcut: F12

What I presume is that at times your camera is not being detected properly, either due to drivers or the connection from it to your PC, but I would like to suggest checking this on several different devices.
