    Hi,

Is it possible to add a redirect link or embed my calendly link at the end of the form if certain conditions are met on the form?

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can achieve this using conditions. Let me show you how:

Start by creating your form as desired. For this example, I will use a Single Choice Form Element with three choices.

    1. In Form Builder, locate the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and click on Settings.
    2. In the left sidebar, click on Conditions.
    3. Select the option to Change "Thank You" Page and configure it as shown in the screencast below and click the Save button.
    4. If needed, you can duplicate this condition by hovering over it, clicking on the Gear icon, and selecting Clone. Then, edit it by clicking the Pencil icon.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks. I've just seen you actually have calendly integration which is even
    better.
Can you advise which subscription is required in order to use the calendly
    integration?

    Hi David,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can use Calendly integration even on Starter account. The subscription you will buy will depend on the number of submissions you think you will receive per month. For example, in the Starter account, you can only receive 100 submissions per month while the Bronze plan can receive 1,000. But, both of them can still use the same feature like Calendly. You can check the Pricing Page for the comparison of usage limits for each plan.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
