How do I turn off email notifications on my email

How do I turn off email notification’s for when my clients submit a form. I do not want to get a submission received email every time they submit a form. I have tried turning off email notifications everywhere but I can’t get them to stop.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You'll need to delete the notification email in the form to remove the notification. Doing this is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange banner.
2. Now, click on Emails on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Next, hover over the notification email and click on the Trash icon.

If this is in regard to your Jotform Sign document, there currently is not an option to turn off this notification email. I can put in a feature request with our team, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If this is for your signed document, let us know and we'll put this in.

Since this is in regard to Jotform Sign, we've sent in a feature request with our Developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
