This page cannot be displayed Error is shown when form has been submitted

    I get an error when submitting my form.  It reads: 

    This page can’t be displayed

    Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://submit.jotform.us again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.

    I have turned on the settings listed.  Am I missing a step?

    To my understanding I think you are seeing an error message displayed when you submit your form.

    I have traced the form to be this one http://www.jotform.us/form/50984246260154 but when I did a test of it I found that I seem to be unable to replicate the same issue.

    Are you using just the direct form link? Or is it embedded on a website somewhere?

    It currently looks like you may be using Firefox but I'm not entirely sure. Could you please tell us more about the OS and Browser|Browser Version you are using which this occurs and we will gladly investigate the issue more.
