Unfortunately, there is no way to recover deleted files since they are completely removed from the server. I would suggest the use of Dropbox integration feature in the future, this way you will always have a backup copy of the file in your computer.

Can i do an automatic upload to the dropbox? Bacause i have a backup on dropbox, but no file just the link.

Sorry but I don't get what exactly you mean, using of Dropbox Integration in your form would automatically upload the files in your dropbox account, it's also a good way of backing up your data since it was stored in a separate server not in JotForm. So just in case your files got deleted again, you can simply login to Dropbox or use this to have it directly in your desktop.

Formatting won't make data on the hard drive erase permanently.These data is still stored on the hard drive, they're just invisible or inaccessible.
