Hi there, I edited a form from last year and wanted to preview it before I made it live and it is saying form is currently unavailable. When I copy the link into my browser it says the same thing. Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Christy

Are you referring to your JotForm titled "Art and Soul 2015". As I check the JotForm, it seems to be working fine at my end and the account is active in state.

However, I see that the upload space is occupied about 320 MB though you are not having any submissions on your JotForm. Could you let us know if you have used Auto Delete submissions app on any your JotForms earlier or deleted any forms with submissions that didn't clear the upload space? If you have deleted any JotForm with submissions and uploaded files, we request you to restore the form from the trash to delete the submissions to clear the storage space and then delete the form. Please be noted that the submissions once deleted cannot be restored again and hence please make sure that you are having a backup of the submission data along with the upload files if you needed it.

Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thanks for your reply! I figured out how to change the form from disabled to live in the preference section. I did get an email though that said I was over my data quota and it would be disabled tomorrow at noon. I just deleted all of the old forms, so perhaps this is no longer an issue? Let me know what you think, if I need to create a new form and delete the old one, vs just deleting them from the old form like I did. Thanks again for your time.

As I check your account, I see that the deleted form Art and Soul is having 86 submissions along with uploaded files which may be occupying the storage space. Though the form is deleted, it is still available to restore and hence the storage space is occupied. Please be noted that the free accounts are limited to have a storage space of 100MB and since the uploaded files from the deleted files are occupying over 300MB, you should have received the notification that the forms are disabled.

If you want to retain your old submissions along with the uploaded files, you may need to consider upgrading your account or you may delete the submissions from the deleted form to clear the storage space.

    Hope this information helps!
