What happened to my Annual JotForm Subscription?

    I have  been using your service for quite some time and I thought I was already subscribed.  Did this change.  I am asking because I don't remember when you bill and my husband's credit card is normally used.  Please check your records.  My username is IAlwaysTravel.

    I see that you are inquiring about a Premium Yearly Subscription Plan which you had but are unsure of what happened to it and your Billing Account.

    According to your Billing History on our end I found that you did have a Premium Yearly Subscripting which ended roughly 3 years ago. Our records show it was cancelled on 12/23/2012. I had additionally looked elsewhere in our Billing System but I don't see anything active.

    This is the reason that you are currently not seeing any active subscription on your side and you can certainly upgrade again if you happen to need it again.
