How long should it take to upload a form from Adobe FormCentral?

How long should it take to upload a form from Adobe FormCentral? I've been waiting several hours for my request to complete and my FormCentral form still hasn't appeared in "My Forms" nor have I received an email.

Upon checking your account, I see that you have migrated 5 forms, 3 forms failed to be migrated because there were no data on it. 2 Forms were successfully migrated but they are in your Trash folder? You can restore your deleted forms by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

You could try re-importing the 3 forms that failed, you can try re-importing the Forms only if you do not have any responses on them. Or you can also import the responses manually after you have imported the forms, here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm.
