Results from Orderable list is not as expected

When we use the Orderable list, and someone rearranges the list, the report should show the original order with the number on the left denoting the new order. Instead it just gives the new order with the new numbers and there is no way of know what the original order was, so that we can logically figure out what they did to the order. It makes it impossible to use.

It is a beautiful tool, just not working the way one would need it in order to analyze the responses.

As far as I know, Orderable List Widget was designed to work like that.

How about if you just add a prefix number before the names of each items on the list, that will make it easy to identify the original sort number of the item on the list.
