Is Jotform more secure than google forms?

I'm looking for a google form alternative. Is Jotform more secure than google forms? What info can you provide about security?

Please be noted that we do not share the data with anyone. Your data is secured on our server as we have cluster of servers which is monitored round the clock. Your form's submission data is stored in our database in plain text. If your JotForm account credential is compromised or you share it with others, the submission data will be displayed. You can delete the submission data you have received and once it is deleted by you it is deleted permanently form our system.
