I really have two questions:
1. I'm very new to using JotForm and received the notice about my 10 free monthly uses. And I went to upgrade to the $9.99 premium and I went to upgrade and the price was $90 so maybe I missed something?2. My other question is can I switch users? I'm using this for an event that is being ran by an organization that currently uses JotForm also .. So can I just transfer to that account ?

I did check your account and found that it is in free plan. That means you have not upgraded yet. Please be noted that $9.95 is for our premium monthly subscription where $90 is for our premium yearly subscription.
