I'm using the drop box integration and after my files have uploaded to drop box, they go into a weird folder like this:
And each upload goes into a different folder inside my the main folder I've specified.
How can I change this so they all just go into the main folder, or into a folder named after the uploader (client name etc)
This is my first support ticket, so I look forward to your reply.

That wierd number is a unique Submission ID
You can have dropbox drop all the submission PDFs into one folder, by clicking on the Submissions icon for the form, clicking the Properties Cog, click Manage Dropbox Integration, then selecting No Folder.
You will you can also choose any field from your form as a label for your submissions on dropbox, but they will place into a folder e.g FormName/SubmissionLabel/SubmissionID.
It best to use the unique submission ID, as people can have the same name.
Hope that helps, let us know if you have any other questions.

How do you open up that dropbox configuration dialogue? All I can see is an Integrations tab that lets me select an account and nothing else.
