    I've viewed your screencast and based on what you described in it.
    I think it can be accomplished, but there is a couple of things you would need to consider.

    1. You cannot create a login screen using our system, we do not allow to keep sensitive information in it since the data saved in our databases is not encrypted.

    2. We don't have a built-in app that can be used to perform searches in our system so basically you would need to allow the mechanics to create the form first and the edit it at a later time to emulate this. Basically, you could have like a ticket assignment system in which the RO# is created and then assigned to a mechanic that will update the submission (using the same form) or use another form which can be prepopulated so they can fill in the information about the car.

    Another option would be using our API to perform these operations.

    Regarding the PDF version you can provide it a link in the email notification that is sent to allow your users to download a PDF version of what they've entered in the form.
