The starter package states that I receive 10 SSL secure submissions, can you explain?

I receive 100 submissions with the starter package but only 10 are secure? I need my attendees to provide a CC # to reserve their hotel room. This does not need to be processed through PayPal, but I need them to be securely entered on the form.

Update (April 19, 2018) HIPAA is available for our Gold and Silver plans.

We do only allow for up to 10 SSL based submissions per month for "Free" accounts.  If you are collecting credit card information, I would highly recommend using SSL based transmission of your data.  Here is a quick guide on how to ensure your JotForm data is secure:

If you need more than the allocated 10 SSL submissions per month, our Premium subscription allows up to 1000.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Great news! JotForm now offers HIPAA compliance. This means users in the healthcare industry can use JotForm to collect sensitive patient information through consent and onboarding forms, medical history updates, online bill payments, and prescription refill requests.

HIPAA-compliant forms require a Gold pricing plan, which is only $99 a month or a Silver pricing plan, which is $39 a month. A business associate agreement (BAA) is also available upon request.
