Is there away to automatically click and add info to my adress book instead of copying and pasting all the data from an email submission??

The solution is to download a CSV report with needed submissions data, and then import that data into your Mac Address Book. Please take a look at the following article to know how to import contacts from the CSV files: http://email.about.com/od/macosxmailaddons/gr/abookimporter.htm
