    "Let Users Update Their Form Submissions" - {edit_link} not working

    I followed the steps described here: http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    Upon form submission, the user receives an auto responder email which contains a link. The link however does not lead to an editable record, but to a page stating:

    "Invalid Form URL

    This form is not available for this domain.

    http://www.jotform.us/form/51096169730155"

    Please advise how to fix.

    Hi,

    I checked a cloned copy of your form and I was unable to reproduce the issues.  The edit link in the autoresponder did seem to work properly on my end.  The error you received usually occurs you switch your form to another domain. We have a domain separation rule so every form as it's assigned domain.  Try replacing your edit link with a new one to see if that helps.

    If it does not, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    I deleted the edit link from the auto responder email, and then added it again. I tested the form, and the same problem continues to occur.

    I did not switch the form to another domain, at least not on purpose, since I don't know how to do that.

    Try logging out then logging back in to http://www.jotform.us/ instead.  There may be an issue with not being logged in to the same domain as the form.  If this does not work, let us know and we will see what else we can do.
