How to build in page breaks for PDF

HI:  I have a great report which submits great.  However when I change it to a PDF some information is lost due to the print boundary and the PDF runs page edge to page edge.

I want to build into the form empty space or empty text boxes  which will print at the top and bottom of the page.  This will force the information filled boxes down into the print area.  The question:

How can I determine on the form where the page break is on the PDF?

    Thanks

Unfortunately this would not be possible. It would be possible if you are printing the form, but when creating the PDF, then it would not be possible.

This is true for both plain PDF of your jotform and the fillable PDF.

I presume that you are asking in regards to the fillable PDF so I would suggest taking a look at this post here: Fillable PDF - Everything you need to know about JotForm fillable PDF creator

Ben your company have been saying the same thing for 2 or 3 years now, this is beyond crazy!!

im sure folks would be happy if you could at least get a fresh page for each header section...the way the grey background area seperates itself from one page to the next is laughable especially after so long waiting for a solution. I was told months ago after asking the same boring question about the layout of the pdf created from our submissions, you said there was an exciting update coming out to address this. We have wasted countless hours and money using a pdf editing software to make the reports half smart when it seems that surely this is fundemental part of your solution.....

its a shame as its almost a great product for our needs, so frustrating as i had hoped you would of rectified this as its going back so long.

    Whats the latest then ben?

    regrads

i dont suppose theres any light at the end of the tunell regarding this well known .pdf output issue ??
