I took a look at your account Kim and I see that you had 11 submissions.

Now I have reset them (which we can do only one time) so they are now on 1 SSL submission, but please note that every time you reach 10 submissions (paid or secure) your account is immediately being set as over limit and locked until the 1st of a new month is reached.

I would also suggest signing up for a free plan since on your guest account, you would only be able to accept 20 submissions and you have already reached 17.

Once you sign up using the same browser, your form will be moved to your new account, but if not, we can always transfer it to your new account form your guest account (guest_50987279340061), for you.

Thank you very much for your help. As a non-profit we have to watch every penny but when we have the ability we will be sure to opt for a premium account. We have followed the instructions and everything appears to working as it should. Thank you again.
