Compiling a PDF Report

I have several Forms I have built with JotForm and I see that some of them have had only an few records captured/saved to JotForm and several others have hundreds of records. What I am trying to do is save out a multi-page PDF of all records submitted for each form I have separately.

It looks like this is easy to do in JotForm, but I am doing something wrong. When I bring up one of my forms that shows to have 4 records and click "PDF" it downloads a 4-page PDF to my Hard Drive with all the records for that form - beautiful! But on other forms (for instance one with 138 records) when I click "PDF" it just downloads the "first" record? I see that it pre-selects (highlights) the first record only, so that is probably why it is only downloading that record.

How do I selects ALL records to get a multi-page PDF downloaded for each form I have?

    Thanks!

Figured it out. There are (2) PDF download buttons - the one above downloads the current selected record and the small one below downloads ALL the records.

Thank you for taking the time to update us.

Yes that is correct, in the View Submissions page there are 2 options to download the submissions data in PDF file type format.

The Get PDF on top is for individual submission, while the download PDF will download all of the submission data in single or multiple PDF (it is by 20's) depending on the number of existing submission data.

    Cheers!
