Asked by metrointel on April 22, 2015 at 03:28 PM

I just signed up for your service. I cannot find a blank template to create a form.

I am coming from adobe forms central,a service which is being shut down in June.

The software i use to create my websites is Visual Site Designer By Coffee Cup

    software.

I do not want to use templates. Pleas explain how to create the forms and what

the best method to import it into Visual Site Designer. Currently i import HTML

    Files.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

First off, welcome to JotForm!  To get you started, here is our Forms Central comparison page:

    http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

This page also includes our tools to directly import your forms and submissions from Adobe Forms Central.

If you would like to start from scratch, here is our quick guide on creating your first form:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form

You can build your form by simply clicking on the form fields you would like to add to your form.  Just click on "Create Form" then choose "Blank Form":

Then click on the fields you would like to add from the menu on the left::

After you are finished with you form, you can embed it to your webpage in many different ways:

I usually recommend using the iFrame embed code for most the most compatibility:
