my email notification is not working. My email is email@example.com
I followed the directions in the knowledge base, but I am still not getting the emails. I have ran a couple of test to see if my email is getting the notification. But it is not.
The email address used for submission notification was in our bounce list, I have removed it from there now. Could you please try again? Make sure it does not go to the spam folder.
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
