How can I change a submission to be complete after payment made?

    Users have two ways to submit a registration submission: 

    One -  they pay with PayPal and or use credit card which marks the submission as paid.

    Two - they pay by check which when the form is submitted is marked incomplete submission.  Once I receive payment I want to be able to show that payment on the submission report that is generated when I click on "Submissions" for a particular form.  the form in question is 2015 Vendor Registration. 

    Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
